A warm Soho welcome to the man from Bil Monte

Deal Done ! As we all look forward to London opening up for business once again, we are delighted to announce Brecker Grossmith has let 30 Great Windmill Street in Soho (formerly Billy & Bo hair salon) to Bil Monte, a new shop specialising in ice cream, coffee and chocolate.

With materials and labour deployed direct from Italy and a stylish concept developed by Milan based international designer Marco Goffi, the new parlour promises “amazing products and great service”.

Co founder Giacomo Conti says the business has “created numerous partnerships with excellent producers in order to offer a premium product in a fast-paced and modern environment”. He adds the store will embrace Italian regional traditions and every ingredient will be carefully selected and sourced from the best producers and suppliers in Italy and the UK.

Bil Monte will be investing in a striking store fit out and will also offer a selection of bakery products and drinks to compliment its primary selection. Mr Conti says “Ice cream will be produced on site, the chocolate will be supplied by a selection of Sicilian producers with a focus on “bean-to-bar and organic manufacturers” while its coffee beans will be selected, roasted and blended by Moka Termini, a Sicilian coffee roaster who has been delighting coffee lovers since 1932.

The arrival of Bil Monte sets in motion a ‘Soho shuffle’ with hair stylists Billy & Bo moving from Great Windmill Street to Unit 5 Smiths’ Court and Bibi’s Kitchen switching to Unit 18, Smiths’ Ct. We wish them all well.
