Deal done ! Brecker Grossmith has advised the landlord on the letting of the 4th floor of 4-8 Ludgate Circus to existing tenant WIT Fitness, completing the re-letting of the building following an extensive refurbishment of the building’s upper parts and façade. The fully occupied building now features a diverse mix of tenants including a think tank, an energy consultant, and health and fitness company.
