Deal done ! Brecker Grossmith has brokered a deal on the retail unit at 53 Brewer Street in Soho, with former tenant Four Winters artisanal nitrogen ice cream vacating the site and making way for Korean grab and go concept Bimbimbap, who have entered into a new lease with the landlord.
