
Knight Dragon – backed by billionaire Henry Cheng – is well on its way to delivering a scheme on the Greenwich Peninsula “Hong Kong style” – according to Property Week

Alongside the residential development, the idea is for a media hub, building on the foundation of the O2’s success as an entertainment complex. With a media campus and a movie studio – it would be the largest movie studio in central London. There will be offices, but they will be for things such as post-production firms.
