Soho is the new Shoreditch: this map shows where startups are looking for workspace.

Hubble Map of Soho and Shoreditch — Hubble’s data is taken from nearly 150,000 searches on its website over the last year.

Three quarters of businesses searching for London office space on the website Hubble are looking outside of Shoreditch’s Silicon Roundabout.

The area covering Soho, Fitzrovia and Covent Garden is the second most popular area, attracting almost a fifth of searches on the Hubble HQ website, followed by Clerkenwell, Holborn and Bloomsbury with 16pc of search traffic.
