The owners of 40 Dover Street, home of The Arts Club, which once counted Charles Dickens and Winston Churchill among its members, have put the building up for sale for more than £90m.
The entire seven-storey Georgian building is let to The Arts Club for 35 years. The property was recently fully refurbished with a 16-suite boutique hotel for the use of club members.
